Now this one is a tricky one to review since resource meters are found in all shapes and sizes, add-ons, taskbar icons, desktop integration, etc...
There are quire a few great FREE versions available from many different vendors for every type of OS.
With that being said, there is still one which I found that stands a foot above the rest.
This little all in one resource meter works with almost every cpu configuration I have tested it on.
It has a small footprint and does exactly what it says it does.
Over 10 million have downloaded this application which works on Windows 7, Vista and Server 2008.
Multiple meter types are available from the publishers website (including an Earthquake Meter)...
